Two texturally diverse venues, hundreds of inspiring leaders, and one cohesive visual experience. For the prestigious Forbes Women’s Summit, set in the industrial heart of Prague's Holešovice district, and the exclusive Forbes Women’s Gala, hosted in the historic Břevnov Monastery, I designed an interactive live fashion illustration hub. This recurring collaboration with Forbes Czech Republic highlights how live art serves as a powerful experiential marketing tool, effortlessly adapting to any venue's character.
The daytime Summit in Holešovice demanded a high-speed workflow to seamlessly engage the dynamic influx of hundreds of attendees during networking intervals, capturing a modern, fast-paced business energy. In contrast, the evening Gala at the Břevnov Monastery allowed for a more intimate visual dialogue, capturing elegant evening gowns and a haute couture atmosphere. Each live interaction resulted in a personalized portrait, leaving guests with a lasting, tangible memory of the event.
